Very disappointing this series is nothing more than a very very very basic summery of the book, so many important plots are missed out. There was no chemistry at all with the actors, and most of the character's looked to be fools, exactly opposite to James Clavells character's. If they had followed the book it would have taken at least two seasons if not more!! that's how much is missing. It gets two stars because the sets where beautifully done otherwise it would have been one! If you want a real adventure read the book or listen to the audio book.
