I would love to see this concept expanded. It is of a European mindset that 10 diverse chefs, no matter their ethnicity or backgrounds, must all know how to cook “ Italian” food with Tuscan ingredients but that is the Euro-centric mindset that I am referring to and that is wholly supremacist. I don’t need three guesses to determine the ethnicity of the potential winner of this contest because by the subject matter that is predetermined. Still I am enjoying the program because I like that type of thing. And I really like the female empowerment that Alex G. brings because she shows how to be a Boss. I am just wondering if they will expand this concept to something like Jollof Village or Bombay Hut for example as you bring some diversity to reflect your audience.
