1)The all Punjabi panel of judges are clearly partial to Punjabi contestants. 2)The plate prepared by contestants should be equally divided into three portions by a judge and then tasted.This unhygienic manner of eating from the same plate results in skewed verdict depending on which part of the items is eaten by which judge. 3)The team selection should be objective by drawing lots and lot left to the judge Brar to choose with a bias. 4)The overreaction by Brar is so unprofessional and shallow. 5)Sometimes the dish is placed and tasting started without the audience even knowing what the dish is. Lot of improvement is required before this show meets international standards like Masterchef Australia.
