I grew up watching the original star trek series, shatner/nimoy,as a young boy in the 70's, it captured my mind and imagination in a way that no show (tv) had been able to do, until I found The Orville. It's simply .....brilliant. The way it's developed relationships between the characters and how adeptly it tackles a myriad of sociopolitical,cultural,and human issues is refreshing,engrossing and moving. I'm nobody who knows very little ,but I know that I feel better about myself and the current state of everything after I watch this show. If there is any thing that is right in this current incarnation of televised/streamed entertainment ,this show will continue ,please.
