It was though provoking and I had to review my social media usage and how it’s affecting my life!! The bit that touched me most was the filters and photoshopping to alter our image to the worlds standard of beauty and the rate of anxiety, depression and suicide that is linked to it!! This is definitely a must watch and I recommend EVERYONE to watch it! I would have liked them to talk more about Instagram, because the younger generation use Instagram more than Facebook, at least in the UK I’ve noticed this!!
