I loved elden ring and tried this game out thinking it would scratch that itch, but Remnant 2 failed in every category, nothings feels worth exploring.. there were lots of times where I didn’t not understand a puzzle until it was too late.. the combat is very lacking and melee is not an effective damage output. Overall this game has zero balance, lack of of direction and no reward in exploration (although it strives to be a reward for exploration type of game.) and I think I would have a better time playing elden ring or blood borne. If you are going to make a copy of a game but with guns atleast make it worth the play before you destroy your developer name. I love the fundamentals but the finished product feels lack lustre and honestly not worth the money I spent on it. I would honestly rather re buy and replay Elden ring for some actual depth and rewards for exploration
