I’m honestly worried about y’all if this is getting a 4.0 rating and 82% on rotten tomatoes. The plot moved quickly and with little nuance or emphasis and the whole thing felt like a freshman year group project. The set design team is fantastic though. Shoutout to them!

The story is great, cinematography draws you in, the writing is the perfect level of camp, and I LOVE Ru, but the acting is worse than a lifetime movie. It’s so bad. Happy cringe.
