This show has a pretty good storyline, where a super smart guy who is not a lawyer pretends to be one. There's a lot of funny quips in the show too which made me laugh often. As the seasons go on though, I must say that this is the first time I've watched a show where I ended up hating the main character for a while. He does his dirt, jeopardises several people, and nearly drags everyone down with him, but somehow the show manages to make him out to be a great guy when in reality, while he did a lot of good deeds (albeit most whilst being a fraud), he was still a chronic liar and got away with a felony crime with only a slap on the hand as a consequence. To me, Jessica Pearson makes the show, I loved her character, and the show wasn't the same after she left. This is one of those shows where a guy has good intentions but ultimately does wrong and then is portrayed to be a better person than he really is, and other people end up getting caught in his deceit, having to cover up his lies and lie themselves. Sure they made their choices to lie instead of turning him in, but still, it all started with one loser who wanted to be a lawyer and took a short cut instead because his deceit from his younger years prevented him from being able to study/practice law. One thing that always bugged me about this show also was the never-ending movie quotes - it was so corny!! The Game of Thrones quotes especially were incrediblly annoying and corny, given that 2 main characters from the GOT show were in Season 3 of Suits. Good storyline, but the fact that the show was portraying a not so great guy out to be a redeeming character got up my nose.
