"All I have are negative thoughts" - (Arthur Fleck aka The Joker) Hmmmm... First off this movie promises to be a snooze fest for non-comic lovers. Personally I found the movie to be intense, dark, thought provoking and realistic. Joaquin Phoenix's performance is terrifyingly splendid. His mannerism, step, dance, maniacal laughter, was insanely spellbinding to say the least. Of course I could never forget "Zee Legendary Zaddy" aka Robert De Niro who was awesome as ever. This movie is more like an origin story of the joker. The journey of a mentally disturbed man to becoming a revengeful homicidal serial killer. This might be disturbing but he makes you almost empathize with some of his actions. When issues like mental illness, unemployment, unchecked ambition, celebrity culture and self-delusion fester, this is the result. 🤷🏽♀ This also goes to show that the way you treat people matter a whole lot. Nobody is insignificant. Best believe that. The Joker is a must watch. 🍷🍷🍷
