I saw this movie when I was 10, gave me nightmares for about 10 months. This movie was amazingly well done, especially for then 70's. The makeup, costumes, acting, and story-line is just too well done, and so in my opinion, is dubbed the best existing horror movie.

I would definitely recommend this 2019's Doctor Sleep. With Dan struggling with the same problem as his father (alcoholism), and all of the other problems he went through, you really feel sympathy for the character. Then, as you meet and start to know more characters, you see them die in the bloodiest ways, and for the smallest reasons (like Bill). Then comes possession. At then end, realizing that Dan's demons were coming back for him, I thought that it would've been better for Dan to die than see him suffer through this, he becomes possessed and goes the same way as his father. Being overtaken by the Overlook, and dying by it. But, other than the gore, I would say this is a decent, if not, good movie. And yes, this is a kid report. No joke.
