This live action version of my opinion was done very well exploring more details in the relationship between Pan and Hook the diversity in the cast adds to the charm in the movie people have to get used to the fact that it's not a cartoon from the early 60s but a new tail for the kids of today to learn the diversity in the characters and see something that's magical people need to stop comparing the old cartoons to the new remakes to a certain extent yes I believe that it should be close to the real cartoon but I don't have a problem with the changing ethnicities of the cast
