Honestly, besides what everyone is saying about the hitting aspect of this game (which is horrible) .... as a former minor leaguer myself the realism is gone. Runners taking leads halfway down the line and still get back to the base on time. Runners get halfway down the line before players release the ball. Fieldeds have no urgency and the throw function is so flawed. I played a game with literally 38 combined throwing errors. INSANE!!!! On a strike out my catcher picked the ball up and pumped like 10 times and threw it to 1st and the runner was already halfway to second. God forbid you get someone in a run down. I've been playing The Show for years and this one is easily the worst. Throwing the ball from one base to another or anywhere for that matter is just too complex and adds difficulty where there need not be. Overall this game doesn't add anything of value and only adds unnecessary complexity that steals the beauty of the game. There is nothing fun about this year so here is hoping 24 does better
