I'm not a movie buff. I've watched a very few movies and the reason behind it is that movies always made me wonder if happy ending existed in this real world🙃 When I watch something I get too engrossed in it & try to learn something from it but all that Bollywood was giving me were the stuff to overthink about🤣 Moreover the quality of music was deteriorating in Bollywood😐
TBH I cannot watch violence even on a small screen but the movie plot for CHUP was intriguing and I decided to go for it; plus it's casting Dulquer Salmaan🤍 who perfectly oscillated between being a psychopath & a cute guy who falls in love. And and and it involves a criminal psychologist(I love psychology🤣)
CHUP has an interesting story to tell you! Apart from few disturbing visuals(ofcourse for me), everything was so intelligently executed. Generally when there's a murder, all we want to know is "who's the killer". Here you already know who's the killer but you would still be engrossed to know WHY! ~And this part gave me goosebumps💔
A thriller combined with a subtle love story that can give you chills with few evergreen Bollywood songs playing in the background like 'Jaane kya tune kahi', 'Ye Duniya agar mil bhi jaye toh kya' etc., is definitely worth watching.
My personal takeaway from this film is "Everybody wants to be praised but criticism has it's own importance, it provides scope for improvement. Nevertheless we must inculcate the quality of appreciating the effort because
mental health of a person is immensely important to keep the art in him alive".
Oops I just reviewed CHUP🤐
