Lorin Miller

My wife and I went and saw this movie, the only knowledge I had of it was that it was a comedy and had some special needs folks in it playing basketball. Little did I know that it was set in Des Moines, Iowa (about 45 minutes from where I live), and that many of the actors had Downs Syndrome (like my oldest son - who is non-verbal and happens to love shooting hoops). It was a great feel-good movie and reminded me of just how much I love and appreciate my oldest son.
