This game is the best Mario Game to date (as of 2020) and even if you don’t have a Wii U, DON’T FRET. A limited time Switch version with new content is coming soon. Though I’m REALLY not a cat person, the cat suits were super helpful. The downsides? It borrowed a lot of features from 3D Land, more then 1 bonus world, similar gameplay styles, and who needs Captain Toad? He already has his own game! And though Peach was playable, she is completely weak, a slow runner, poor jumper, and can only temporarily float, so it kind of makes you wonder, if she’s weak even when she’s playable, WHY IS SHE EVEN IN SMASH? However, the level layouts were completely new, and incredible, World Bowser (world 8) blew me away, well done Nintendo. Rosalina is finally playable, and the first time! (Excluding Smash). Her speciality is a spin attack, so this game is open to Super Mario Galaxy (1 and 2) players. The music is also good, if you listen while your on plessie’s back, you can hear a remix of the slide music from Super Mario 64, If you haven’t played SM64, or SMG, you can always play it on 3D All Stars to get what I’m talking about. This game also introduced the Double Cherry, not real helpful when trying to beat a level, but PERFECT if you want to mess around. Some things were also all out creative, Bowser attacks from an all new car, and throws SOCCOR ball bombs, there’s a level with rising fuzzies instead of lava, and it was just incredible.

This is everything you could want from a high action video game (especially if you already played Breath Of The Wild) Sure, the controls are hard to learn, and it might be hard to understand at first, but you’ll get the hang of it, AND FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS GAME!
