Book is as good as ever. Wonderful authors. But there are printing mistakes to which the publishers don’t respond adequately. Eg, error on page 33 in formula for hepatic clearance: fumb instead of funb in numerator and denominator. Again on page 375 where in adjunct use antipsychotics; Lumateperone is repeated twice.
