She should be commended for having an open mind and challenging her beliefs. That is hard to do. There should not be a woman's group or a man's group. It instantly causes competitiveness and an urge to "win". Actually working to prevent the other group from advancing. It's simple. Do what's right and what's fair. It shouldn't be about each other or male/female. Help each other. Our society and laws have changed a lot in 50 years and for the most part, it's been for the better. But we have more to do for both women and men.
