This game is actually a really fun game, and can often times be addictive. I have played this game for years, and when I started I despised it. Friends were better and I used to just play Ra because he was easy. I gave up for a few years, and got the random urge to redownload and I learned the game. I got a few gods very close to diamond, but I swapped to Pc from Xbox and this is where my issues began. I couldn’t get my Smite info and account unlocks back, so I figured why not reach out to Hi-Rez and they after a year still haven’t answered me. I made a new account and started fresh, but the player base is supposedly friendly according to the people who have NEVER played the game. Toxicity is very apparent in the constant “your rock, cancel that” or “I’m the greatest” spams. Or the “your build sucks” as they go 1-7 and you’re 7-2.. wish people that spam got punished with deserters or something as discipline. Regardless, the game holds a spot for me because whenever you meet the good guys it is super fun and they make the game feel fun. Whenever you meet the bad ones it’s like fortnite whenever the 10 year old architect prodigy pulls up to the nursing home. Your get outplayed and trashed. The game is worth trying with friends, because teammates tend to be the more toxic than the enemy. Wish Hi-Rez would reach out and help me link my accounts again
