Flows along easily enough… but… unsure why such a Stella cast signed up for it. The script was weak. And the filming… like a love child between Dallas and murder she wrote. Anyway, took my head out of what had been a stressful few days .

The best part of the film was my partner burping in the gents toilets. Jaysus, this film was bad. Formulaic. Weak character development. Twee. Absolutely dreadful. And what was with the cat? Loved the first two films and was eager to see this one but left the cinema wondering how such tripe gets made.

Erm… I think I must have watched a different film based on these reviews. Just… baffled. Painfully slow. Depressing. Dull. Felt no attachment / interest in characters… except the dog, it was the best character!

Stunning performances. Incredible character portrayals. And the musical pieces? Wow. Blown away.

What the hec’? The animals?? The animal plot line just seemed like such an unnecessary red herring.

A beautiful, tender hug of a film. And refreshing to have a film mainly from a child’s point of view. The child actors were wonderful. As was the pace of the film. Perfection.

Exquisite. Incredible performances all around. I didn’t want the wild ride to end. A beautiful love / hate letter to Hollywood.

A slow burner that never really satisfies. Disjointed. Seems to allude to cancel culture as being farcical in nature. Some interesting camera shots reflecting Blanchett’s demise. Some interesting talking points. But… wait for it be on Netflix.

Dreadful. Left before it finished. The ultra-high def filming was jarring and gave it a second rate soap opera feel.
