Unfortunately, you're way better off just reading the original r/nosleep stories. As great as the show is from a budget/performance stance, they've absolutely butchered the original stories, to the point it seems to have put people off from reading them. I hate to be that, "the book is better" guy. But the show really has stripped all the horror, originality and deep messages of some of these tales and just turned it into budget hit horror slop. Some of them are virtually unrecognizable in theme, plot and message. All that said, please don't let this show put you off from seeking out the original authors. Tales from the Void did none of them justice.
