I agree with 99.9% of the world's population that Jim Carrey's version of "The Grinch" is the worst Christmas movie of all time. Ron Howard was given the simple task of adapting one of Christmas's most beloved stories into a film, and yet he managed to turn "The Grinch" into a nightmare of a film. The Whos are somewhere between horrifyingly ugly and impossible to look at without getting PTSD, and their bizzare hairstyles and mismatching outfits attract viewers away from this movie. Imagine the ugliest outfits of the last three decades times 20, and that is understating how ugly the Whos really are. The Whos are all seen as self centered, spoiled brats, and the only Who without a heart 3 sizes too small is a toddler! Jim Carrey's lackluster performance as the Grinch does nothing to help this movie, and his odd combination of adult humor and improvisation just add to the movie's awfulness. If you are considering watching this movie, please do yourself a favor and watch something else. 0.0001 star.
