I watched all episodes and was totally engaged. My husband and I have Just purchased a 1 acre lot in Lehigh acres. Our plan is to split the lot with my husband’s best friend and therefore build two houses. What we are looking for on both sides are : on one side, our side, are Two master suites with two master en suites backed up to each other. Thinking 1400 to 1500 ft.² With two car garage. My husband‘s best friend is only thinking only 1000 ft.². As of yet he hasn’t made up his mind as to one to two bedrooms. Also on his side, his half lot, will be a shed of some sort to be built. is Mika and her husband still available for building?
