I went for bright colors and 1950’s nostalgia. I got what I went for. I also got a movie about a play, and the process of creating the play, which lowered my personal enjoyment. If you like that sort of thing, then you will love this movie. It all moves very slowly, which may go along with the pace of life then. I didn’t expect the western music and yodeling, which my family didn’t enjoy, but I did. I hope this helps you decide whether to spend your money on it.
