Excellent variation of the crime/cop trope like True Detective or Fargo but from a tribal police perspective set in the 70s on Navajo NationLand (and from their unique cultural perspectives including the shameful history of atrocities committed against indigenous peoples/First Nations). Suspenseful and tight writing and an excellent supporting cast and superb acting especially Zahn McClarnon as lead protagonist Joe Leaphorn (also excellent in Reservation Dogs) . One of the best shows on TV and must watch!
