I have been practicing yoga regularly for six years, the last three with Bonnie, the best teacher by far both technically and holistically. Her classes are friendly, fully inclusive of all abilities and enable you to stretch those hard to reach parts of your body that get easily forgotten. I always come away from the class feeling calm, more alive and somehow rested however hard I’ve worked during the lesson.
