Extremely Disappointed with boAt – Worst Product Experience Ever! I used to trust boAt products earlier, but now it feels like the company is just making a joke out of its customers. In the last one year, I’ve used three boAt products, and all of them turned out to be complete failures. First I bought boAt Airdopes 141 – it stopped working within 20 days. Then I gave the brand another chance and bought a second product – that also got damaged quickly. Still believing in the brand, I bought boAt Airdopes 191 on 4th July 2025, and guess what? By 16th July, it stopped working again. Just 12 days! Seriously, what kind of quality is this? It's like boAt products are designed to fail just after the return/replacement window ends. Pure waste of money and time. Customer support is of no help either. I feel cheated. boAt used to be a trusted name – but now it’s producing cheap, unreliable, and low-durability products. I will never recommend this brand to anyone again. Avoid boAt at all costs. Better invest in brands that value quality and customer satisfaction.
