This movie is Terrible !!! This is a terrible representation of the black woman and black man. It depicts black men as rapist, child molesters, and most of all cowards. It shows black women at their worst, the main character celly was raped by her father and is internally damaged making her a lifelong coward and push over , shug is a dishonorable black woman who doesn’t value herself. Sophia was a standup black woman who defended herself against any and everyone until she came up against the WHITE WOMAN who had her beat and arrested by WHITE MEN while her professional boxer husband drove off in fear. Then after Sophia was released from jail she became the WHITE WOMANS maid/slave. This movie is TERRIBLE absolutely disrespectful to the entire black race especially at that period of time when we were united and family oriented than to date. DONT SEE THIS TRASH MOVIE
