I love the idea of the program. I am currently about to hit my phase two and it’s been amazing. I love the life skills and structure it’s giving me. My head is clear, my body is better- I feel amazing. I have lost a total of 40lbs so far and I am so thankful. I am giving it a three bc I think Andy is too forceful with his thoughts on the world today. It’s a shame that he feels so strongly about being an anti mask, and his political views since the challenge has ZERO to do with that agenda. I feel like those thoughts should be kept on a different platform. I like the tough love, just don’t love the political jargon. Looking forward to my phase two and three. Stay Hard
