Some mechanics of this game work well. Base running, still absolutely trash. It is borderline infuriating. Left stick down to return, so I do, runner advances. I push it down multiple times, pleading for the runner to return for the sac fly, but to no avail. The base running mechanics are absolutely broken. I also get borderline pitches being exactly that, and calls being 50/50. But I am amazed with how often pitches where 90-95% of the ball are in the zone being called a ball. It is like having an even more blind Angel Hernandez behind the plate. Game needs a lot of polishing still, but with there being next to no competition, I don't see the devs caring enough to fix and improve the game.
