"5 Killer Habits: be a Rebel" book is a wake-up call. The book challenges you to rethink how you approach life. The idea of solo traveling as a way to break out of comfort zone really struck me- it's not about luxury trips but about learning, adapting, and seeing the world differently. The chapter on "Why Habit" made me pause and reflect on how I blindly accept things without ever asking if they make sense or not. What I love most is that this book isn't preachy. It felt like having a conversation with the author, who has figured out different ways to live life, tried them all, and is then handing you a blueprint. I resonated with some parts more than others but what I learnt was that I was stuck in autopilot and was not living life like I should.
