Story is too shallow, themes are extremely misleading. I don’t get the villainising of certain real life factions/ groups. 1) Showing Sri Lankan Tamils as oppressors. This is one of the worst things you could do, as they were the oppressed minorities for decades in SL. 2) Strong Naxal sympathies, especially during a time when is India is combatting Naxals. 3) Why would Indian intelligence take such radical steps to kill only a few hundred people? India has been welcoming millions of refugees every year if they are persecuted minority. Technically too its a very bad film, 7/10 emotional scenes don’t even feel emotional. Only positives from the film: Camera work, few good acting performances and bgm.
