As I review this we are still in the midst of the pandemic and here in the US we're dealing with the after effects of a failed violent coup. So I was definitely looking for something to give me a bit of a break from the real world. And on that front this show delivers in spades. It's a lot of fun, 'edge of your seat' kind of show, tailor made to binge (6 forty minute episodes), all kinds of twists and turns. Yes there's a good number of holes in the plot if you look too closely. But if you just let yourself enjoy the ride it's a good one!

Total unrealistic. Lots of other reviewers have highlighted some of the very silly plot holes. Acting was pretty poor especially the main female lead. But the action scenes were well done and it was mildly entertaining. If you're expecting something like 'Fauda' you're going to be disappointed.

I haven't read the manga so I concede. I may be missing something. This started out really really strong and I loved the first few episodes, but it sort of went off the rails a bit after that. I don't want to spoil anything so I won't say much more than that. A very cool concept and I'm glad I watched it, and I'd probably watch a 2nd season if there is one, but it definitely lost it's 'magic' as it went on.

This was terrible. I thought the original was one of the funniest movies ever, and I certainly didn't have unrealistic hopes for this but it just didn't go anywhere. Eddie and Arsenio have a great chemistry but this just wasn't funny. A few good jokes here and there but they should've left the legacy of this classic movie alone!

Bit of a spoiler alert: If they'd tightened this show up and ended it at the end of Episode 4 it would've been a much better show. The last 2 episodes are pointless and turn a decent story into a total mess. Just be warned. But given that it's a fun watch with cool music a decent plot and some cool twists. A lot of suspension of disbelief required though. Not at all essential but I can't imagine it won't be enjoyable to anyone into dystopian sci-fi.

Another top-notch futuristic/dystopian socially conscious horror show. Netflix seems to keep cranking these out. This one is Spanish. Nothing that you haven't already seen in 'Handmaid's Tale' et al. but a few nice twists on that general genre make this one to check out. It's a touch too long at 13 episodes I think they could've condensed it into 10 and not lost much. But it's very well written the characters are compelling in the way this genre needs them to be (you root for the good guys and the bad guys are fun to watch). If this kind of show is up your alley you'll absolutely love it!

Very well done dystopian future sci-fi show. The drones that follow everyone look a little too much like ones on an episode of 'Black Mirror' and in show ways the whole show is like an extended 'Black Mirror.' But as a fan of that show I won't complain about that. Sure there's a few plot holes but the writing is strong, the plot moves along nicely, and the acting is quite good. If you like dystopian sci-fi this should be a no-brainer. And I'd definitely watch a Season 2 if there will be one!
