The only good thing is that I haven't seen such a disappointing film in a long time. Taking a mostly competent cast, directing them with little skill and clumsy paint-by-number directing style of mid-20th century cop shows. It is largely not believable.....and then it gets worse.

Powerfully brilliant portrayal of the horrors and inappropriateness of this war….also the redemption through relationships. Gen Wm Westmoreland said it was inaccurate and grunts said it was spot on. I believe the real soldiers
