Recently got out of a relationship and was aimlessly scrolling on Instagram when I found @missamychan reel. The video made me intrigued which led me to another video which later made me read her book.
I'm quite skeptical when it comes to reading "self help books" as the shame it brings when someone notices what you are reading. I read this book in one sitting and couldn't put it down. Amy writes what everyone feels during a break up and how hard it is to get over it.
Rejection is redirection. Once we accept accountability we can move on. I've already recommended the book to a few people!
