Honestly, with all the chaos of the world right now I appreciate a movie that I donโt have to think too hard about ๐ nothing horrible happens, all the good characters live, and my mental health is intact so Iโm satisfied ๐

I wrote a whole huge novel of a review at first but I decided I donโt want to be that vulnerable here in the Google reviews ๐ to summarize my thoughts: this is a good representation of OCD, but an awful representation of treatment. Thereโs hope and real relief to be had from the hell of OCD, although this book might make you think otherwise.
P.S. Exposure response prevention is terrifying and painful but it works and itโs worth it ๐๐ชโ๏ธ
