The movie is nearly perfect. The writing, the acting, the adaptation are all unforgettable. This was a tragic event and the movie pays respectful homage to the events and the aftermath.

Great coming of age movie. Bears witness to the fact that the one you love won't always love you back, no matter what you do.

EXCELLENT MOVIE! Glenn Close plays next level pyscho in this movie. It's a cautionary tale about not appreciating your boring life for sure. Dan is like a lot of guys in the suburbs. He's achieved the perfect, picture frame life but he's looking for some excitement and his wife being out of town for the weekend presents an opportunity. Alex is the opposite of his wife, Beth. Beth is your stereotypical suburban housewife. They have one child, she doesn't work and doesn't seem concerned with keeping the spark going (the scene when they come home from the party). Alex on the other hand has no reservations. She's wild and fun and makes him feel good... for a few days. But when the real Alex shows up it's all downhill. Glenn set the bar for actresses playing pyscho stalkers and no one has done it better.

Hilarious! Jim Carrey was perfect for this role. It's crazy
