I thought it was going to be a totally cute movie but I didn’t care for the Mei and mom characters. I loved her friends though. I couldn’t get myself to finish the movie. We were so excited to watch this and now I feel disappointed. I’m not surprised by the puberty content because I had a feeling that’s what it was gonna be about, As far as the lying and sneaking around I think she could had an appropriate consequence and that the mom wasn’t such a drag.
