Many years in the making, and no doubt a great film. For many fans alike it will serve as a wish made true - and truly a highlight for Cawthon's career, or maybe rather hobby. We can all tell he genuinely enjoys working on FNaF - and we cannot thank him enough for the years! 5 stars for the marvel of the creation, the joy of creation. However, I feel we all felt as if there was a lack of the all too sinister minigames found scattered among the series. Videos online of "VHS tapes" showing a darker side to the series, which I believe was Cawthon's intention - yet was not particularly demonstrated in the film. Yes, it does serve as a 'one-size-fits-all' by being a PG-13 film. But there is something fundamentally missing by doing this, the surprise of the twisted nature of the series. This may have made the film overly complex, but indirectly hinting at these horrific unfortunes in an unpredictable manner may have improved the destination of the film. Much like the ingenious of the minigames serves to keep the games 'friendly and open', yet hints at something truly sinister. That being said, there is something about this friendly nature that perfectly aligns itself to a more "mature" sequel. From the external fun of the costumes, to the inevitable rotting of Springtrap. Whatever the outcome may be, I hope for a more "mature" remake and/or sequel. That will serve the games phenomenally
