Strike Racism

This movie shows exactly how it is. The industry can take a bright and smart individual at entry level and treat and berate them like a dog. To me this movie showcases how female assistants are poorly treated more than anything. This woman is starting from the bottom with with a degree while these other women move up on the FasTrack by sleeping with the boss. What does that also say about society and a woman's place in the work field? Maybe these women who compromise their morals are the smart ones here. They advance up while the other women have to fight hard to advance or go nowhere.
