I am convinced every bad review is by people who read the first chapter, threw the book aside and started typing away. Every complaint I’ve read, is based off of the first few chapters. Feyre starts off as a very weak and naive girl.. farther into the book and series you watch her transition into a cunning confident badass. Yes the author may use the word “shattered” too often (ever 10 chapters) Yes feyre can be very annoying, she gets too easily offended in my opinion. But the plot is there. Just because you don’t like a character in a book does not mean the book is 1 star. You are reviewing the authors writing. Not the morals of a fake character in a fictional book.
