Hilarious as all hell. A little slow and awkward to start but once Kurt (Joe Keery) found his "calling", the audience was in for quite the rodeo. Pretty unpredictable but entertaining all the same, you have to really get in the idea of where the story is going, though. Surreal yet realistic at the same time. All in all, a good laugh!

Funny here and there, action packed at least, the idea of the movie was not bad at all, I was just expecting more out of a Zach Snyder film. For a 2.5hr movie, there was hardly any depth behind majority of the characters. More "shoot now, ask questions never". Not necessarily predictable but you'll come to telling yourself, "I saw THAT coming".. several times. You could definitely tell there was a lot of CGI where it could've easily been fixed or covered up.. but on the bright side, Dave Batista did a wonderful job!

Not often when you can mix thriller with comedy, but this movie definitely made it work. Great acting all around and even a bit unpredictable here and there. Definitely something worth watching more than once!

The effects are pretty good but the acting is just terrible. The trailer made it seem like the movie had a lot of promise but it was moreover just disappointing to watch.

It may be "slow-paced" as others have complained but it's the beauty of the story being woven together with each episode explaining something new and tying every piece into goosebump-induced perfection.

A little slow at first and hard to understand the sudden obsession at first if you haven't seen the trailer but the authentic acting and unexpected plot twist truly make up for what you've been waiting for. I only give 4 stars because the ending felt stitched to create a best case scenario, with a few questions like what happens to the families afterwords? How do they adjust?

The trailer was more interesting than the movie itself. Too many holes, nothing made sense, nothing connected, and the "story" really went nowhere. A lot of disturbing content that was seemingly thrown in there for pure shock value. Acting was good but the movie itself was just terrible.

It was "alright", decent acting, decent jump scares, but overall predictable. The story felt kind of rushed with no real detail behind anything else and just a poorly written ending that makes you think, "that's it? Nothing more?" Giving it the ol' "You tried" badge.

Absolutely amazing! Thorough story with very descriptive emotion, keeps you guessing until the end and even then, you're left wanting more. Not to be confused as "scary", but definitely a psychological thriller. Highly recommend.

Great acting but slow and a bit unsettling at times, as realistic as one can get put in the 'global pandemic leads to survival' scenario though. Only disappointing thing is the movie didn't really explain anything. What's the sickness? How did it start? What comes at night? Feel like I was expecting more than just *spoiler* strangers meet, have a good time, complications occur, that's it...
