Beautifully told and animated! I can't recommend this anime enough, the characters are relatable and it really makes you feel like you're back in high school/middle school(in a good way!). The acting is awesome and the lessons in it stick with you. Plus the soundtrack is stellar! If you wanna go on a journey, watch Sonny Boy!
It definitely merits a 2nd watch through (at least!) which will put it into a different context as well.
