Honestly i saw a lot of people online claiming it was such a horrible movie so i decided to check it out for myself and it really isn’t as bad as people say it is. I’d say check it out for yourself first before looking at any bad or good reviews on it. For the next part it’ll contain some spoilers so do not go any further if you haven’t watched it. I can say this movie is good horror, a lot of people complain about flashbacks but in reality it was just going in between different perspectives…i mean obviously. It wasn’t a lot of jump-scares and it was a good mystery feeling. However, i would like to know a lot of things the movie didn’t mention. The woman who controlled all these people, was she a witch? A voodoo master? What was she? Why did she do the things she did? Was she trying to be young again? I was a bit confused on how alex's parents even knew this woman. I wish it would’ve shown a bit more background on her because they did show the other peoples POV during the movie. What was that stick she was using? A lot of things in the movie were unanswered but it wasn’t horrible. I think a lot of 1 star people are being a little too dramatic about it being such a horrible horror movie. It’s not that bad, there’s been worse movies and this one is not even in the top 5. It’s pretty chill but it needs a lot of questions answered.
