What a touching and relevant movie..Vijay Sethupathi, pride of Tamil cinema shows he is an actor par excellance. All actors have their roles exemplarily well. Amazing direction and music..must watch!

Heeramandi is truly a heera when it comes to the story, exquisite sets, artistry in each scene, the direction and every actors performance. Especially Manisha is a revelation as one of evil ones from the kind of cutesy roles she has done in the past. Equally matching is Sonakshi. Aditi was amazing too. The director just took us into the world and it makes you empathize with the tawaifs..

Totally loved the movie. Especially Vijay Sethupathi's acting was brilliant. Equally good was Katrina's but in the ending Vijay showed his calibre of acting..Don't understand why this didn't run well in BO. Totally worth watching it.
