I don't always review a series or movie but when I do, it's bad. I thought it will get better eventually but it just gets worser and worser after each episode. I think my fav episode is the first one and episode two is just passable but after that, it's just snooze fest. Even having Aubrey Plaza can't save the show. Hmmm...

The movie is close to perfect and I couldn't rate it 4 stars. I like how they didn't focus on Sakuragi but still making this movie exciting and holding my breath at one scene. The only nitpick I would give is that they didn't put in the classic Slam Dunk opening song towards the ending or during climax. That would make it even more awesome! Can't wait for the next one if there's any!

I enjoyed it. If you're looking for a good scary movie, this is not it. This is more like a superhero exorcist kind of show and Russell Crowe did quite well with a great sense of humour in the script but not overly done. The only thing I wished is that they didn't censor so much in Malaysia cinema. Wouldn't mind watching it again if they show the uncut version on Netflix.

Casting was good, all of them did well playing their role and the action was pretty decent too (aside from a clear miss punch at 1:44:33) but sadly some parts were awfully too draggy (conversation too long) and the ending was underwhelming. One star for casting and another one for decent actions.
