I thought this show was very engaging. It had a good mix of action and drama. It made you care about the characters and their personal lives, along with the difficulties of being a 911 phone operator, a firefighter or a cop. IOBotmalefemalefenak fenak

This is an excellent show, brilliantly written and acted. Although I lived through all of these events, I'm amazed at how little I really new about them. This is a historical gold mine.
