Just terrible writing , This will be on itv 4 edited down in the afternoon with all the other weak boring shows. How on earth does this generate 5 stars ? What else are you watching ? Have you never seen the new release The day of the jackal, ever watched any Taylor Sheridan show or watched Top boy, gangs of London even reacher , the list is full and long of great shows written well, why put up with mediocre

Show is a bit tame..... but the lead is brilliant. Not gonna bang on about all the Disney previous mistakes on thier shows ... I hated hawk eye.... he trained for years and struggled and learned through trauma and a couple of massive wars.... his side kick however , what was it a week? Anyway this had some substance, while the back story was a little shaky it gave her a hero/villain cycle and was all the better for it. Loved the daredevil fight.

I managed to stay with it right up until the main characters are surviving the depths of an alaskan night in the mountains In a knitted beanie and the odd pair of gloves . "My feet are wet iam not gonna make it" not true, you all would have been dead hours ago. I do think if this show was set in the flash backs it would have been much more interesting, the characters in the future are just so unlikeable. obviously not including kurt Russel 🙄 Anyway it's boring writing about a boring show.

Everything except the writing in this show is perfect. My biggest mistake is being a huge fan of the books, I think my review would be 5 stars if I hadn't . I just get so annoyed when the source material is so epic but the show decides to side step it.i totally understand it is impossible to balance a book with a show but as the seasons roll on Utred does less and less,the show becomes a period drama rather than a hero's tale which in its self wouldn't be to bad if you can anchor it but this hasn't happened since alfreds last episode . Anyway it's still lightyears ahead of vikings vallhalla

I thought this show was supposed to be at least a little bit based on history...first five minutes... king Alfred Palace in London in the early 11th century. We will just have to forget about 1066. Oh and the acting is terrible. Just watch the last kingdom instead

2 episodes in and that's all I can take. Wow this show is bad... Bad writing, bad pacing and bad cgi. Its boring and unlikeable. Who ever wrote the jokes for this show needs to be fired instantley... did they just jump on some Marvel memes and shoe horn them in. Anyway if you want strong female characters watch the boys.

I watched this film with the enthusiasm of a movie goer in need of a good entertaining 2hrs that marvel films usual nail. This film is awful... it reminded me of a TV show that has run on one season 2 many.... clueless writing ruined what should have been epic. I could have watched a show with just Olivia Coleman's character... She is just amazing at acting. This show started with the right pace and the right stakes to make the shakey plot still worth some investment, however this soon falls down somewhere in episode 4 the acting from alot of the characters is just aweful ( gravik mainly ) oh it just gets worse and worse leading to 2 superskulls hitting each other with various arms from avengers endgame, just pure boring dross. Lots of plot holes lots of bad acting and so many missed opportunities that could have made it great. So another irrelevant dog turd from marcel, they will keep churning them out to disappoint the world
