Don't waste your time. Milla's characters fight with Tony Jaa's goes on for way too long. You know they are going to team up to fight against the monsters. Ron Perlman's character is the only one that has learned English from those who came through the portal long before. That's a poor excuse for the lack of a lot of dialog with the other's. If you are looking for something that is half as good as Resident Evil or Hell boy look elsewhere!
