It's a good piece of fiction. It's obviously unrealistic because how was the woman justified fir killing someone? There was one comment in particular that dismissed the hate comments saying that they were men that just didn't like being told that men are bad and the brought up the statistics from 81 percent of men causing violent crimes. Because yeah, ignore the factors and ignore the fact that, that could be false. No let's say men bad. They said that two deaths were justified? How? One of them was completely innocent! The other that was trying to kill her, she went overboard. The literal next episode was about how there's a fine line between self defence and excessive force. That commentor was clearly not stable.
And at the end, the moral of the series was that women are equally as capable of being just as ruthless and dangerous as men. Like, yeah, don't think we need to no that. I love Jena Coleman. But it was hard to route for her character. And the pairing with her neighbour seemed kinda shoehorned. Like, I get it. Woman scorned by man, can only feel solace in the embrace of a woman. I feel like that's been done to death although that's not really relevant, just a personal gripe. I just want route fir the character. But, the acting was phenomenal, the camera work was gorgeous, and the story was entertaining. So long as you turn your brain off and enjoy it without applying logic. Kinda like old school horror flics. Not perfect, but a good ride.
