The 6th in the series and these books just keep getting better and better. Very well written with superb characters. Edinburgh is brought to life and so is France in this book. The subject matter is so very disturbing but one you feel should be talked about. I don't want to give any spoilers but you just want to find out what happens. A real page turner. Would make wonderful television series. I heartily recommend you buy these books. You won't be disappointed.

Our Book group read this last month as one of our chosen books. We all found it very enjoyable and certainly kept us guessing. The characters were brought to life and well drawn. The mystery was clever and we non of us saw the ending. We all loved the setting of Regents canal as most had walked part of it. It gave a lively discussion as we all found something different to talk about. Would recommend this and Isabel's other books. Very well written, engaging and kept you reading.
